The Canadian government’s Greener Homes Grant, aimed at supporting homeowners with energy-efficient retrofits including solar installations, has concluded earlier than expected due to depleted funds.  Despite the closure of the grant section, the Greener Homes Loan remains available, allowing homeowners to borrow up to $40,000 interest-free for 10 years to make energy-efficient upgrades including solar installs! As this program is running out of funding faster than anticipated, the time to secure your loan is now. Contact us to learn more.
